If for some reason Luscious & Beautiful has made a mistake with your order or the product is not to your liking, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange. The hair must be in the original packaging, exactly how it was sold. We DO NOT provide REFUNDS, Exchanges only. Exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise which has not been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way. We DO NOT guarantee hair where wefts have been cut more than 3 times, have been split, or have been chemically altered (rinsed, permed, bleached, permanently colored). We will not accept any hair that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed).
